A mother grizzly and her cubs are standing in a willow field in fall. A noise or movement has attracted their attention and the mother stands up to see better. The cubs always do what mama does. I have seen a lot of grizzlies over the years as I hang around salmon streams alot. They are noble and intelligent beings and watching the females and how they teach and care for their young is fascinating. And they are individuals so every bear has its own unique maternal style.
